Green cardamom is favored around the world for the sweet and
pungent aroma it infuses into savory dishes, desserts, coffee, and tea. Its
floral notes are used to enhance Middle Eastern and Indian dishes, as well as
Scandinavian pastries. Our green cardamom pairs well with many ingredients such
as cinnamon, ginger, rose water, and nuts and is also an important component of
Garam Masala. Cardamom is used as an ingredient in many Ayurvedic remedies and
is often added to perfumes and oils.
