You have found the missing pieces to your flatware pattern! Here is a cake or pie server from Christofle, France in the Vendome-Arcantia pattern. It features silverplate with shell tip and was produced from 1988-2000. It is monogrammed with what looks like OG or GO, but to me, it looks like part of the design. 11" long, it's in excellent pre-owned condition with minor signs of use.
