Ernst Wahliss Austrian Vienna Hand Painted Floral Ewer/Pitcher Circa 1899-1918. Please see pictures for condition. There are no chips or cracks in the piece. Ewer has a multicolor sheen finish (think oil on water). Stands just under 6" tall.
