This is an original 1960s vintage Bentley Motor Company silver&enamel promotional pin brooch.It is manufactured by The Birmingham Medal Company and has a Birmingham silver hallmark for 1966.It is in an excellent condition and measures 3.8cm long x 1.9cm wide.
