100% cotton denim fabric, carpenter style, straight legs, 2 side and 2 rear pockets. 

The waist is adjustable by an inner elastic strap, maximum waist is 30 inches, leg inseam is 28 inches. 

They were washed once but never worn, they have no flaws.
