This listing is for one 26Ft. 18AWG 4 lead Double Shielded Robotics Grade Cable pre-built with GX-16 5 pin female connectors soldered onto both ends, and a single matching prewired EMI filtered GX-16 5 pin male panel mount connector with dust cover.
These panel mount connectors are rated to 250V; Rated Current Amp: 15A
The GX-16 male panel mount connectors are wired using premium18awg silicone leads rated to 300v, and temp rated to 200c (392f), and then insulated with heatshrink tubing as they should be.
The leads are 12in in length to allow easy connection within your CNC controllers enclosure.
These also include dual Kemet ferrites for EMI protection eliminating the requirement for shielded cable
These provide the fastest way to assemble the motor outputs for a CNC controller using individual drives.
A CNC system would require one of these cables, and ports to support, one drive, and one motor. Now extrapolate that over the amount of drives/motors your system will have, and multiply each drive by 15 terminals as that's what would be required to be soldered per axis your robot has.
The GX-16 male panel mount pins are wired to the diagram below.
1-Blue
2-Red
3-Black
4-Yellow
5-Green (allocated for a shield drain from your motor cables)
