Lovely Vintage 9ct Gold & Cultured Pearl Pendant & Chain, Birm,1970








Here is a really lovely vintage 9ct gold & cultured pearl pendant & chain. The chain measures seventeen inches all the way round & is all made of a yellow gold coloured metal, which looks to be 9ct yellow gold, but the fastener isnt gold, so its probably rolled gold, but it came with the pendant & looks good, so i have left it on. The pendant is nearly half inch in diameter & all made of 9ct yellow gold. The pendant has a typical vintage shaped engraving & in the centre is a real cultured pearl, so looks like a flower which is white/silver in colour & measures 6mm in size & as with quality pearls has a thick nacre, lovely sheen & picks up colours & tones of other colours as only quality pearls do, of pink, green, purple etc. The pendant has a full set of english hallmarks for Birmongham, 9ct gold & 1970 & makers mark of EJC. Although bijou, this really is a pretty vintage 9ct gold & pearl pendant in very good origional complete condition that looks so pretty worn & such a nice quality example of these.
