For an easy Indian Masala Kheema, toast cumin seeds in oil on a skillet. Add onions and sauté until golden. Add ginger paste and fresh garlic, cooking 1-2 minutes. Add Garam Masala, cumin, coriander, and salt to taste. Add ground meat of your choice and cook until brown. Add canned or finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 more minutes. Serve with cilantro.
