We also design and manufacture some of our own pieces. 90% of the jewelry in our store is pure sterling silver, but because our aim is to offer as many affordable pieces as possible, we do carry a small number of pendants in safe, lead-free pewter, and lead-free metal alloys. When an item is not pure sterling silver, this is clearly listed in both the title and the description.
How We Ship: We package your order in the safest and most eco-friendly way we can, that both protects your jewelry piece and is still a nice package to receive. Most sturdy pendants come in our custom jewelry pouch in a bubble envelope, while more delicate and three-dimensional items like earrings and rings come with the added protection of a shipping box. In either case, we make sure your jewelry is well-protected for shipping. We rush our orders to the Post Office every day (and sometimes twice a day, including Saturdays) and ship via First Class Mail, but we also offer Priority and Express Mail shipping options in case you need it faster.
International Orders: Please note that your country may charge you an additional customs fee when the package reaches your country. I am sorry, but I have no way of knowing how much they will charge.
