The GearWrench flex head ratchet wrench is the original patented ratcheting wrench. The ratcheting box end requires as little as 5 degrees to move the fastener versus 30 degrees for standard wrenches, and it utilizes off corner loading for better fastener grip and less fastener rounding. The 14 mm flex head provides up to 180 degree movement of the box end wrench, and is great for long bolts.

Returns will be accepted as long as they are shipped back to us within 30 days of purchase. Items accepted for return must be unopened, in the original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Directions and conditions for refunds:

1. The buyer must contact us and ship all items within 30 days from the date they received the original order.
2. The buyer must pay all return shipping costs.
3. Returned items must be received in the same condition as they were sent in order to qualify for a full refund. For items that have been opened, used, damaged, or no longer have the original packaging or tags, 20% to 50% will be deducted from the refund. This allows us to recover a portion of the items loss in value. The exact amount of the deduction will depend on the condition of the returned item when we receive it.
4. Refund is for the item price only. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Orders shipped to a freight forwarding company are the responsibility of the buyer and the forwarding company if lost or damaged in transit after receipt at the US delivery address.

Sometimes we use recycled packaging materials for shipping, as long as they are in good condition. This lowers our costs, which enables us to offer better prices to our customers. It also saves resources and lowers our carbon footprint. In short, it's good for the planet. If you do not want your item shipped in recycled packaging, simply send us a note at checkout and we will gladly ship your item using only new packaging materials.
