1) Straight edge stamps …

... imagine the number of strait edge stamps out of a printing pane (100) which means only 8 out of ten for having a any side strait edge... (taking out the 2 corners).

Indirectly, it brings an added Rarity Factor to the REAL value of strait edge stamps...

2) how many panes could Toronto has been using?... not that much..

3) MORE... we do have here, ONE of the 8  right strait edge stamps which means the END or BEGINNING of the printing of the precancel Toronto...

Added rarity factor for Admirals, the black lines show where the 400 stamps plate is cut to form selvedge stamps and strait edge stamps. So. Any same side strait edge stamp has 16 possibilities out of 400 stamps printed or 4% and only one (1) any corner straight stamp (center of the axis) or 0.25% out of 400 printed stamps… and that is an added rarity value over a single ordinary stamp.

Specific position on a pane… ONLY 16 possible such stamps (left SE) per pane of 400 stamps UR and LR left sides of panes...

4) if the CV is already high, we must deduct that Toronto didn't have a lot of these panes...

5)Straight edge stamps or stamps with selvedge info…

What serious collectors are looking at...is the rarity factor of the item or the uniqueness of the item... which gives it its intrinsic value.
