 Description:
 Jo Harding seems to have the perfect life, until a fall down the stairs means her memories from the past year are erased. Every memory from the past twelve months – gone. Her recovery is difficult, with vivid flashbacks, and overwhelming sense of confusion and anxiety.

Beyond that her personality has changed, sides of her being revealed that those around her don’t recognise. She’s more assertive, willing to stand up for herself, and gone is the sweet and conflict averse wife and mother.

Little by little, Jo’s memories start to come back, but it’s not clear how reliable they all are. Her seemingly perfect family are fractured, with their relationships strained. And then there’s the awful feeling those closest to her are keeping things from her, things crucial to the past year of her life….and to make matters worse, she is having sexually-charged flashbacks, recalling what seems to be a sex with another man, are these real memories? Was she having an affair?

She starts to remember someone with her just before she fell – but Rob insists he found her alone. Determined to find the truth, her new persona may be just what she needs to get to the truth.

Gradually, Jo begins to realise that the one year that’s shrouded in fog is the year when her previously thought of ‘perfect little life’ began to unravel. Disturbingly, one of those closest to her may be responsible for her injuries. It becomes clear that someone is keeping a terrible secret.

1. Shipping time:
If your item is to be sent to/from an International destination your delivery tends to take about 2-4 weeks.

If you have not received your goods at close of business approx. 6-8 weeks after shipping (see date quoted by post office after which we can lodge a complaint in delivery estimate email), please get back to me ASAP so I can chase it up for you.
 



2. DVDs and Blu-Ray discs are released with
     Regional encoding.

 NB: DVDs that are sold as Region 2/4 (or 1/4) are dual layered. The packaging often only lists Region 2 (or Region 1) but these DVDs should be playable on all Region 4 DVD players. But may not play on devices such as X-Box, PC's. Mac's and Playstations.
 


 

 

3. Handling time:

  1. Goods in stock are typically shipped within 2 business days after payment is received.

  2. Note that goods sent from different countries may have different holidays than Australia.

  3. Pre-order goods that have not yet been released will be shipped on the date quoted above (assuming payment received).

4. Refunds/Replacements:

  1. All items are shipped with insurance against loss or damage. If you have any problems with the delivery please contact me ASAP so I can arrange a replacement if appropriate or fully refund your payment.

  2. I stand by the quality of the goods shipped. Full refund or replacement goods will be sent up to 30 days from your receipt of goods for faulty products. Faulty products will need to be returned (postage to be reimbursed) - contact me for details when required.

  3. Full refund or replacement is also applicable if there is a descriptive error in the listing above. Goods will need to be returned (postage to be reimbursed).

IMPORTANT DVD INFORMATION FOR MY US & CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:

As per the auction these are Europe Region 2 DVDs (US/Canada are Region 1) and you need a multi-regional (multi-zone) DVD player to play them!

BUT don't panic just yet :-)

Many DVD players are easy to unlock.
Let me know the brand and model number of your DVD player so I see if there is a simple unlock code for your player.

Many of my US/Canadian customers chose to play or copy these DVDs on a PC before playing them.

I also see there are many economical Multi Region DVD players on EBay ($35-50).
Just do a search if you wish.

It seems a shame to let go of this great DVD set.
