This possum fur hot water bottle cover comes with possum fur on both sides.
Comes with hot water bottle and velcro strips so bottle can be removed now and then to dry the cover.
Fully lined with black velvet.
It is approx 40cm long and 23cm wide and keeps warm up to 8 hours.
Chrome tanned furs are used as heat resistant.
Auction for 1. Picture shows closed and open. To fill with water only the top velcro strip needs to be open, use the side ones to remove bottle.

About Possums
The brush-tailed possum is a major pest in New Zealand. It was introduced from Australia in 1837 to establish a fur industry. In Australia its population is kept down from dingoes, bush fires and less palatable vegetation. In New Zealand conditions are quite favourable for possums and the population now tops 70 million. It is estimated that they consume 70 million tonnes of native and introduced vegetation per year.
