DESCRIPTION:
This machine is used for melting and mixing agar duplicating gel. It is essential equipment for duplicating molds in the casting process. This machine is developed with the assistance of Spanish technicians. It is the most advanced duplicating machine in the world. Besides the digital control, another distinguishing feature is the water jacket which fundamentally ensures the gel not to be burnt. Water gets heated, and then it heats the agar. No matter the amount of agar, it guarantees the agar being heated evenly. Since the high thermal capacity of water, the constant temperature is effective during lower temperature period. The latest designed self-adapting mixing blades enable the gel mixed fully and delicate.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Unpack the package and check if the machine and all the accessories are complete . Read this user manual attentively before operating the machine.
2.Open the lid, fill in the tank jacket with water. The water level should be leveled with the water grate. At this moment, the indicator of lacking water will be off and the machine can starts to heat. Water should not be too much in case of the hot water inflating and overflowing. When little water left, you have to add it . It iforbids working if there is no water. If water level below the water level electrode, it forbids heating itself . Please do not add distill water or it will not conduct electricity, then the machine treats it as no water, it cannot work.
3.Open the inner lid, and put agar gel into the tank (cut the gel into small pieces of 0.1cm).
4.Insert the plug in a socket, power indicator is on.
5.Turn on the power, the temperature indicator shows the current temperature in the tank.
6.Press Heating/ Stopping button, the heating indicator is on, and the machine starts to work. The duplicating gel is heated to melting temperature, and then cool down to constant temperature. Now, the machine is entering to the constant temperature state. In the meantime, the heating indicator is off, the heat preservation indicator is on. At this moment, the mixing starts up and stops at the corresponding temperature. In the heating state, if you press this button again, the heating stops, meanwhile, the heating indicator is off.
7.Press the heat preservation button at any time, the heat preservation indicator will be on, and the machine enters into the heat preservation state. At the same time the heat indicator is off which indicates the machine stops heating. To quit heat preservation state, press the heat preservation button again.
8.Press the mixing button and the indicator is on. Mixing blades and the heat dissipation fans will work. This situation is used for detecting, debugging mixing system to see if it is normaly operating or for other special needs.
9.Turn the outlet valve, and the agar liquid will flow out from the liquid outlet,.
10. If there is solid agar gel in tank, please use the small shovel to get it out before using, and cut it into pieces and put them into the tank and work again.
Cautions:
1.This machine is an electrical heating medical equipment. The gel can get very hot. Use it with care and avoid being burnt.
2.You can just press the heating button /stopping button to finish whole work when the machine stays in normal state.
3.The operators should get to know the functions of all the parts, switches according to the product structure diagram before operating the machine.
4.If there is surplus in the tank in condensation, it forbids starting the mixing system. You have to get out the surplus for crushing(add defined amount water), put them into
the tank again to heat, in case of damaging the mixing motor.
5.Please check if there is any water in the water jacket before operating the machine. If
no water in the water jacket, it forbids turning on to heat , otherwise it will lead to dry
heating, damaging the electric heater. When water lever is below water level electro-
de, it forbids heating itself. It is possible for water level electrode has scale deposit w-
hich affect conduction of electricity;please clean it up
6.During the operation, we can adjust the agar melting temperature and the constant temperature according to the agar and the surroundings temperature from our experience. You can use the adjusting button (hidden button) to reset the data .
The adjusting button is on the lower left corner of the third button, at the connection of the two colors of the mask.
Usage:
1) Press the adjusting button, the three indicators are on at one time to enter revising state.
2) It shows the melting temperature first(89℃)
3) Press the adjusting button, showing the constant temperature(49℃); Press the adjusting button
again, showing the heating time at constant temperature(10S)
4) Press the adjusting button repeatly, these three numbers revolve
5) In the revising state
a) Press the first button, only the first indicator is on, you can revise the melting temperature:
80~95℃ （standard 89℃）, Press one time, it will add 1℃, changing circularly
b) Press the second button, only the second indicator is on, revising the constant temperat-
ure :50~43℃ （standard 49℃）
c) Press the third button, only the third indicator is on, revising the heating time of constant
temperature（49℃）circularly:8s~30s（standard 10s）
6) Stopping pressing the button over 5 seconds, it will quit the revising state automatically. When
restart the machine after revising the data, the machine returns to the standard data.
WORKINF PROCESS OF HEATING MIXED FANS
Melting Process: set melting temperature 89℃
1. Heating:two 800W heating rods heat in water continuously
2. Fans do not work
3. Mixing mode:
A. Lower than 28℃, no mixing
B. 28~59℃, Mix at intervals , mixing for 10 seconds and stopping for 50 seconds
C. 60℃~melting temperature. Mix continuously
4. At melting temperature, stop heating and turn to constant temperature process
Constant Temperature Process : set constant temperature preservation: 49℃
1. Fans: If they are higher than constant temperature (49℃), fans work; If they are not higher than the constant temperature, fans stop.
2. Mixing: Mix at intervals, 40seconds mixing and 200 seconds stopping. No mixing if it is lower than 40℃
3. Heating Modes:
a.Heat only :800W
b. At constant temperature 49℃: Heat at intervals,10 seconds heating and 230
seconds stopping
c. Cool down to 48℃: Heat at intervals, 35seconds heating and 205seconds stopping
d. Not higher than 47℃: Heat continuously
