Items need to be returned within 14 days of return request. Items must be in the original condition you received them (unworn & unused) in ORIGINAL SHOE BOX /or packaging. SHOE BOX must be warped in paper, plastic or boxed. DO NOT ADHERE SHIPPING LABEL to SHOE BOX or 20% will be deducted from refund. As long as items are returned in unused/original condition, money will be refunded within 2 business days of receiving return. If requesting replacement item, it will be shipped when return is received. WE DO NOT refund original or return shipping costs. If return Is due to ERROR or MISTAKE on our part WE PAY ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. Buyers are responsible for return tracking. Refunds will be issued less my shipping costs.
