In my research of this emblem name Nafco, there were more than a few. Fishing rod makers , book ends, Aircraft Finance Co to name a few. None have a diamond shape logo similar to this emblem that I could find. Maybe this company updated their logo over the years? 

The emblem has green cloisonné with a post & deluxe clutch attachment. Stamped 10 gf. Excellent condition. View pictures.
