RARE ITALIAN ISSUED WORLD WAR I VETERANS 1918 - 1968 50TH ANNIVERSARY 
COMMEMORATIVE MEDAL ISSUED TO VETERANS THAT SERVED MORE THAN 6 MONTHS IN ARMS BEFORE 1920, 
MADE OF 750 18K GOLD, 5 GRAMS IN WEIGHT, TITLED "50 ANNIVERSARIO DELLA VITTORIA", ALSO KNOWN AS "MEDAGLIA RICORDO IN ORO DELLA I GUERRA MONDIALE",

Very nice, original, as found, vintage, and once displayed condition. Comes with the original red, green, and white ribbon. It is about 3/4" in diameter, and measures 3" long including the ribbon. The medal was weighed on a scale and comes out to 5 grams. It is marked on the bottom reverse 18 AR 750, along with the artist signature on the bottom. A beautiful commemorative and very desirable medal! Not many of these were issued and not many of them survived like this one! A great collectible piece to add to your Italian and World War I memorabilia, and a great investment piece, as gold is $1782+ an ounce at the time of this posting.
