Webley MK IV .38 Service Revolver Holster.
This is the second pattern version of 1919 webbing holster.
First pattern had a wooden plug in the barrel end and cleaning rod slot outside.
Second pattern has drainage hole in the end and cleaning rod slot inside.
Used by Commonwealth Forces eg. Officers, Military Police, Dispatch Riders.
The differences in this design make it an interesting collectable item.
