4 Easy To Use Steps
Step 1: Measure
EpoCast is a two-part epoxy system. Weight the exact ratio of resin and hardener and pour them into mixing container-fluid.
Step 2: Mix
Mix the products for at least 3 minutes. Remember that, once you put the resin and hardener together, they will begin to cure.
Step 3: Pour
Before you pour epoxy, make sure the surface is clean. Pour the ready mixture over your work.
Step 4: Wait
Please, allow cure time before attempting to do any work on the resin.
Please note:
The optimal conditions for storing and mixing resin is 20°C - (not lower than 15°C) and the relative humidity of 65%. Different conditions may lead to turbidity, quartering or stickiness. It might result in lower decorative qualities of the coating."We recommend small scale testing to ensure compatibility before using a full scale.Bottles might not be entirely full as a metric system (grams/kilograms) is used to define resin’s quantity.
