These roof racks haven't been manufactured in years. These are NOS and as such the pkg does have shelf wear and dust.After all the years in storage, the plastic bags deteriorate or tear and some need to be taped up. this does not affect the use of the actual product.

  • YOU ARE BUYING ONE SET OF 2 CLIPS. A set is required for each load bar. You will need TWO sets for Two load bars.
