- We post all weekdays except on Public holidays. Each order will be handled and dispatched within 1 business day after receiving payment. (Please note that our cut off time is 8:30AM, so that if you purchase on Friday 8:31AM, your order will be processed following Monday).
- Tracking number will be updated after dispatch and you will be notified. Generally, delivery can be expected within 2-6 business days. However, it may take longer depending on the location.

- If you wish to return with any reasons unless the product is faulty, we provide a refund, but the postage charge should be handled by the buyer and is non-refundable.
- If the item is faulty, we will refund for your return postage only up to the amount it originally cost to send the item to you. Unless otherwise agreed beforehand, we do not reimburse Express or Registered post cost on returns.
