This is a vintage original 1948 Max Cook Sporting Goods catalog issued by the Max Cook Sporting Goods Company of Denver, Colorado.  This catalog is a magazine format of 68 pages including the covers measuring about 10.25” x 7.75”.   This catalog is primarily devoted to fishing tackle with the first 36 pages or so featured lures, rods and reels, fly tying and fly fishing equipment and other fishing tackle.    Some of the fishing equipment brand names featured include Shakespeare, Heddon, South Bend, Wright & McGill, Pfluger, Creek Chub, Eagle Claw and others.   The inside front and inside back covers have color charts of Max Cook’s Flies. 

This catalog also features guns and gunsights, hunting decoys, binoculars, archery equipment, tennis rackets, camping equipment and lots more.   The back cover page features Pendleton shirts.   This catalog is a vintage original issued by the Max Cook company in 1948.    This catalog is fully complete and intact with moderate handling wear and some toning from age.  Overall condition is very good.  Email any questions.  Thanks for looking.
