Marx Penguins Ramp Walker 

This Ramp Walker works. It looks complete, but it has been well played with and is missing a lot of the paint.  I don't know a lot about Marx, so please look carefully at my pictures.   

I am not an expert on toys.  I am helping a friend KB sell his MARX Collection.
