See pictures for more detail, the base is green and has some patina.  The local artist painted a gorgeous 1957 Red Chevrolet with the words "So Hot".  I do believe it is a 1957 fender flare too.  The fender flare is 30".  This is a cool piece of automobilia and would look great in the garage, man cave, office, shop or museum
