Product Quality
We are cautious to re-examine all products prior to dispatch and hope
that you are satisfied with the quality.
In the event that we do fail and you are not satisfied with the product
compared with our description, please contact us and we will make our very best
attempt at resolving the problem.
Postage and Packing
We attempt to provide free postage and packing on the majority of our
products. The product will be shipped in a new clear re-sealable packet and
where possible in a new Jiffy bag, sent usually as a Royal Mail 'Large Letter'
or 'Small Parcel' format package. This policy enables us to reduce costs to an
absolute minimum and preserve the most competitive prices. For larger or
fragile items, we will ship in a sturdy cardboard carton with internal bubble
wrap as additional protection.
Postage will be 2nd class by default and the product will be dispatched
same day where possible, but where this is not possible, we will dispatch it
the next day (Mon-Fri). We will add tracking to the item if this is deemed to
be appropriate, at our own cost - unless explicitly declared in the advert.
Returns
We offer a full 30-day no-quibble refund on all of our products offered
in 'Buy it Now'.
Buyer is expected to pay reasonable return postage charges if the reason
for return is a change of mind. We trust that a return will never be necessary
and that we have a responsible resolution process in place in the event that
you are dissatisfied with our service.
In the event that we send out an incorrect item in error, please do not
raise an "item not as described" or "return" claim via
eBay. This is a time-consuming and quite unnecessary process for us. Such
errors, if they were to occur, can be easily resolved by messaging, please
check our feedback for reassurance if required. Thank you for your
