I think this item is a bookend, well at least one part of 2. I only have the one. 

I do not quite know what the material is - might be bronze. 

This item was purchase from an estate and included the stickers pictured. 

Now I know the company "Ronson" made lighters, but I cannot find much details about them commissioning these type of figures...? 

What you see in the pictures is what you're buying. 

The figure is in good condition.
