This tank top isn't see through. It has spaghetti shoulder straps that criss cross across the back. The fringe around the bottom is a strand of beads in a looped pattern.

It is a Juniors Plus size 1X. I also have this listed in sizes 2X & 3X.

The measurements are 18 1/2" from one underarm seam to the other and stretches to 19 1/2" across, the bottom measures 24" across, and the length from the top of the bust down measures 14 1/4".
