This is a beautiful pair of TH Marthinsen of Norway antique grape shears. They have a stunning art nouveau design at handles that are sterling silver. Total length of shears is 6.5 inches. They are in overall great condition. I have not polished these shears, so may have some tarnish. The blades are super sharp and they are aligned perfectly. There is a very light resistance when manipulating/using scissors. If you prefer them to glide quicker, they could use a little bit of oil at screw.
