Cooker Instruction Manual:
Warning: Please observe the following points. Otherwise, it will cause danger such as explosion.
1) Do not place the lidded pressure cooker on a stove or other high temperature during use.
2) When there is internal air pressure, please do not use hot press.
3) The air pressure does not exceed 30 Pa during use
4) Remember to be supervised during use
5) Please do not open the cover when there is internal air pressure.

The air pressure recommended for curing most acrylic resins is between 18 and 22 Pa. For details, please refer to the technical parameters of the acrylic (resin) manufacturer for air pressure (psi) and curing time. If the required air pressure exceeds 30 Pa, do not use this pot, otherwise it may cause explosion or injury.

To be on the safe side, it is recommended that you follow the steps below. Also, it is recommended to use a small amount of acrylic as a test run for your first test of these steps. This will guarantee your understanding of the seven steps and guide you on how to approach the process.

1) Pay attention to adjusting the air pressure valve, there is an arrow pointing to the left for the negative pole and the right for the positive pole. Pull out the valve to unlock. When advanced, the valve locks. Turn the air regulating valve counterclockwise or negative to stop. Connect the quick connect coupler tail hose for pressure cooker adjustment, and connect the other side directly to the quick coupler of the pressure cooker. , press lightly on each end to make sure they are securely attached. Make sure the compressor is on, ready to use, and not over the pressure cooker.

2) Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pressure cooker. Put on a stove without a lid. Heat to moderate temperature, or use preheated water.

3) Remove the pressure cooker from the stove, put things in, and close the lid carefully (refer to point 4) Note: Once the pot is sealed, do not put it on the stove or heating vessel, as this may cause an explosion due to excessive pressure.

4) Close the lid carefully:
Put the lid on the pressure cooker with the arrow pointing up at the bottom of the lower handle and the other arrow 1.5 feet to the left of the handle of the lid, align the two arrows, press down on the lid, turn one handle toward the other, until the two close together. The pot is now sealed and ready for use

5) Turn the valve air pressure (psi) clockwise or toward positive, supplying pressure until the air pressure expresses the desired value. If you need to release air pressure, just turn it counterclockwise or negative. You can adjust left and right until you reach the desired air pressure. As a means of quickly releasing air pressure, the red button on the lid handle can also be pressed. Do not exceed 30 pounds, otherwise it may cause an explosion and damage human safety.

6) The orthotic device is allowed for the time recommended by the manufacturer

7) Once done, turn the valve counterclockwise or negative to release pressure, or press the red air pressure regulator on the handle. Make sure you have removed the pressure before opening the lid.

8) Open the Cooker:
Once cooled, the red button on the handle will drop into the handle. Do not open the lid until the red button is fully lowered to the handle. Turn on the pressure cooker, remove the straightening device(s), disconnect the hoses at both ends, clean the pressure cooker, you can now repeat steps 1 to 8..

NOTE: If you purchase a pressure cooker with an adjustment and auxiliary pressure gauge, the pressure gauge will ensure the accuracy of the values inside the cooker. As an air press with two pressure gauges, two air pressure gauges are used, the second pressure gauge ensures that a more accurate value is reached after the first pressure gauge has stabilized.
