Balance Active pessaries contain a Lactic Acid based gel which provides an easy and effective method to rebalance vaginal pH. A single pessary is easily inserted into the vagina, rather like a tampon, before settling to sleep. This allows the pessary time to dissolve slowly during the night.

The gel can be used to treat Bacterial Vaginosis, as well as maintain the health of the vagina during a course of antibiotics. Some women notice odour, discomfort and unusual discharge regularly, around the time of their period and Balance Activ can assist with relieving these symptoms too.
