This is an old Islamic bronze coin from the Ayyubid  Dynasty of medieval Egypt.

This Islamic dynasty was founded by the great Saladin. It was centred in Cairo  but  it incorporated large areas of Iraq and Syria in the Middle-East.

This coin is a one Fals piece and it comes from the rule of Al - Aziz Muhammad The Emir of Aleppo (Saladin 's Grandson) period 1216-1237 AD (613- 634 AH).

This coin was minted in Halab (Aleppo)

The coin is worn ,  but most of the details are fairly clear.
