Use this radio wire harness when replacing your factory radio with an aftermarket radio while retaining most or all factory features.

This interface allows the replacement of a factory radio in select General Motors vehicles with 29-bit LAN radios. 

Provides accessory power (12-volt 10-amp)

Retains chimes through an onboard speaker

Designed for non-amplified models / analog amplified models / or when bypassing a factory amp- 

Not compatible with Digital Premium systems.

Retains balance and fade

Compatibility Notes:

Not compatible with the Premium Digital amp- usually called Y91 systems- see below for remarks and vehicles. 

2012+ GM trucks and SUVs equipped with factory navigation radios not compatible.

Chevrolet Express vans & GMC Savannah vans equipped with diesel engines are not compatible

Compatible Vehicles:

(1) These vehicles have a digital amplifier option. This harness is not compatible with the systems that have the premium digital system.  Please reference the Service Parts Identification sticker located in the glove box for the RPO codes STZ or Y91. If either code is present then the vehicle is equipped with a digital amplifier.

(3) For 2013-2015 models equipped with NAV- not compatible.

(4) For 2012-up models equipped with NAV- not compatible.
