The Noel Nashville Hotel is a historic Art Deco
hotel in Nashville, Tennessee. It
is a 12-story Hotel that was designed in the Classical Revival style by
the architectural firm Marr and Holman and, constructed with steel and
concrete and originally opened in 1929. It was named after the Noel
family who owned the land upon which it was built. The structure served for many years as an
office building, known as Noel Place and then converted back to a hotel
in 2017, with the spelling of the name slightly changed to Noelle. It is also on this card published by “Curt
Teich” and postmarked 1930 in Nashville.
It is in good condition with minor wear on the corners and edges. The image has some staining on the left side
but is otherwise clean and clear as is the reverse.
The colors on the card may vary due to the scanner settings and screen projections.
Unless otherwise noted, I use Wikipedia, Playle's and Metropostcard for research and try to be as accurate as possible. Corrections appreciated.
