You will receive a healthy bare rooted plant, approximately 10 cm - 12cm tall, tip to root.
Once you receive the plant, you will need to plant them in a suitable pot with any general compost mix with plenty of water in order for them to grow and flourish.
The pictures depict a mature plant, not the bare rooted plant you will receive.
The Arum Lily produces a beautiful hood shaped white flower and glossy dark green leaves.
The flowering period of the arum lily extends from May to June. In the Autumn the Arum Lily dies but fresh new growth appears again in the spring.
It looks perfect grown beside water as a marginal plant but can also be placed outside in most frost prone areas (if it is given a deep winter mulch).
The Arum Lily prefers a bright spot and requires a balance of full sun and/or partial shade in a humus rich moist soil.
Grown in moist soil or as a marginal pond plant ( it can stand in water up to 30 cm deep). You can also pot it in a basket using aquatic compost.
The Arum Lily is a borderline hardy plant and requires winter protection. In the winter, mulch the plants well and keep them in dryer conditions .
