Auction Terms
We are not experts on anything we are selling, but we try to detail items to the best of our knowledge and research, and as accurately as possible. Being human, mistakes are sometimes made in our listings, which may require me to end an auction early. We do not end auctions early for any reason other than posting errors or inaccurately described items. Please ask any questions before purchasing.
We ship to US addresses within the 48 contiguous states only via UPS ground, Fedex and USPS. No Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO or PO Box or International shipping.
There is no International Shipping available. I unfortunately have had issues with international shipping cost being well over the highest bid of an auction.
Pick up at my choice of location is available to save shipping charges. Please contact us via eBay Message prior to your purchase to arrange pick up of your item.
Items will be shipped within 2-5 days of purchase. I understand that waiting for an auction item can be a source of anxiety. Please allow handling and delivery time.
If a package arrives damaged, do not open it and return it to the shipper. please contact shipper immediately for instructions after you refuse the damaged package. If you do accept the item you can file a claim online with the shipper however you MUST hold the item and all packaging materials for their inspection.
Charity Items:
Some
items listed we are selling for Charity and these items were donated to
Lions Clubs of Massapequa Park and all money raised goes to Lions Clubs. This will be listed above in the description.
We do not profit on any of these items and usually give more money than what was received from buyers.
Again, we try to describe these to the best of our knowledge and research and as accurately as possible. Items sold for Lions Club of Massapequa Park are indicated in the description above.
Returns:
The following terms apply to all of my auctions:
(1) No refunds or returns.
(2) All items are sold "AS-IS" and some non-working items are sold "For Parts or Repair Only."
(3) Buyer assumes all responsibility of return shipping and claims through shipping companies.
If ultimately, you desire to return any items you purchased the Buyer agrees they will ship the item back to us at the return address from the shipping label, at the buyers cost, along with all packing materials item was shipped with. I will not credit shipping costs unless the shipper will refund them to me. We will be fair and honest in all of my dealings.
