Shipping Policy

Order will be handled within 3 or 4 working days ( Excluding Weekends and Public Holidays) after your payment is clear. And Your items will be delivered without a tracking number, which means the delivery time takes about 1-10 days (US only) for International delivery takes about 15 - 45 days to reach you. please note this.

We ship to Paypal's confirmed address ONLY. Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

Please obtain the RMA number & returned address for any return items.

Return items MUST have all ORIGINAL packaging and accessories.

We will replace malfunctioning items, for 20 days from the date you received them. Items that have physical abuse are not covered by the warranty. Refunds are only offered for defective products reported within 7 days

2. Select a reason: please choose "It's the wrong size or doesn't fit"

3. 30 days Warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects, but doesn't cover items that have seen abused, burned, and damaged in any form. Please contact us if you have NOT received the item beyond 5 working days, we will check it with the post office and resend any missing item.

4. If you return an item purchased from us, it must be back in Factory Condition. This includes packaging, inserts, manuals, etc. Please allow up to 5 Working Days for us to process your returned item. Thanks!
