Personalised Event Favours

Thank you for visiting our eBay store, we have a great reputation for supplying high quality favours for any special event. We take great pride in our Products, take a look at our Feedback to get a feel from our Happy Customers.

These are supplied Personalised and Ready for use, each sweet or Chocolate is carefully wrapped so there is no assembly required by you.

Why not co-ordinate your event with Sweets, Chocolates, POLO Mints or other favours we list, if we do not list the matching Chocolate or Sweets we can certainly match so please ask.

Whether your event is small or large we treat every order with care and attention to ensure you have the best event possible.

General Notes

• Your favours are usually sent out within the specified lead time in our listings but sometimes we can supply quicker but please ask before ordering.
• Love Heart Sweets have a best before date between 15 to 18 months and the ingredients are available upon request or you can google these, A mini pack contains 7 assorted sweets with original Swizzles messages that cannot be changed, the approximate size is 34mm x 20mm round.
• Chocolates have a best before between 14 to 16 Months and the ingredients are available upon request, the approximate size is 32mm x 32mm x 5mm thick, please store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.
• Polo Mints have a best before between 10 to 14 Months and the ingredients are available upon request, or you can goggle these. A mini pack contains 7 original polo mints, the approximate size is 34mm x 20mm round.
• Dates - If the design has a date then we will use the date format you have supplied, if no date is advised we will remove the date.
• Delivery is made by Royal Mail, although depending upon the size we will chose the best method and default is 2nd Class. We list upgrade options during checkout to 1st Class Signed, eVri, DPD or UPS or others.
• Discounts maybe available on larger orders above 150 so please ask prior to ordering
• Errors - We take great care to eliminate errors by pasting the information but they can happen on either side, we will do our upmost best to correct these, if the error is ours this is done free of charge, if the error is yours we will always work with you to correct this at the lowest cost to you.
  Interpretation of details, occasionally if can be confusing with personalisation details sent to us, we will decipher this to the best of our abilities.
• Designs – We have many designs, we can mostly change designs or make new designs, we will always try to do these for free unless it is a major new design with many changes, A small charge may be applicable. We can print Customer designs and can provide a template.
• These are our designs - We kindly advise other Sellers not to copy these.
