Plants ordered Monday to Wednesday will be dispatched on the day or the following day. To ensure that the plants stay as fresh as possible I avoid sending the plants Friday to Sunday so please let me know if you would like these plants more urgently!

The pictures are mainly there to convey the appearance of the plant rather than indicate the size. 

We take every care possible to ensure you receive a healthy plant/cutting so if you have any questions or problems with your order, please contact us via eBay.

We do not take responsibility for any damage incurred during transport and postage of a plant in addition to any injury a plant may incur after a customer has received the plant. After you receive the plant, we are not responsible for the care of the plant (i.e. watering, etc) and will not provide refunds or replacement plants if any damage is sustained under the customer’s care of the plant.  If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us.
