Limoges France Royale FLORAL PORCELAIN MORTAR AND PESTLE excellent condition.  Mortar is 3.5" diameter with  a 3/8" thick wall, Pestle is 3.25" long.  Seems to have been a display piece and never used which is why it is in such great condition.
