A very nice, likely never utilized, Lionel 24131 Operating / Animated Disney Dumbo Circus Pylon for O/027 gauge layouts made only in 2003.

This original (not plug-n-play) version of the Pylon features a plastic, illuminated "Circus Operations" shed at base, variable rotation speed for Dumbo, "maintenance free" can motor operation, ~22" tall (to Dumbo), ~14" tall metal tower with 6" square plastic base and conventional power connections.  

(Note: The newer style plug & play pylons require a plug-n-play track connection or adapter cable and are fixed rotation speed)

This Pylon can be wired to track power in order to come on with train power and where rotation speed will vary with train speed or can be wired to an accessory power source where you can control the rotation speed.  

I serviced the gear box replacing the small gear frequently found split (makes a nasty clicking sound when split!) and then tested this pylon tower briefly prior to listing and the light & animation work great.

A fun accessory with lots of animation, illumination & visual appeal!!

Comes with original box, foam insert, switch, 3 hook-up wires & copy of Lionel instructions and I will wrap & pack with care prior to shipment.
