Lalique AMBER ROSE vase. This lovely clear glass vase has a frosted amber/topaz colored rose in high relief on the front. The vase has a slight rectangular shape. Signed "Lalique, France".

Marc Lalique developed Marc Lalique developed an innovative injection technique to incorporate color into a single piece of clear crystal. The process placed the frosted topaz rose on the crystal vase by pressing the glass rose into the mold and then blowing in the colorless clear crystal. This was a complicated process which is exclusive to Lalique creations. 
Measures 8 1/2" (21.5cm) height x 6 1/4" (15.8cm) width x 7" (17.8cm) depth. It weighs an impressive 9.6 pounds!!
