SHIPPING

I SHIP WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY OF CLEARED PAYMENT.  I combine shipping on multiple purchases bought in a 7-day period for 40 cents per additional item.  You need to get a combined invoice before paying to take advantage of this discount.  To ensure you are reimbursed if the item is lost in the mail, ask for registered mail.  Additional cost will be $12 to Canada, $15 to the US and $21 to the rest of the world. Purchases over $65 in total will be sent registered mail at buyer's expense.  

PAYMENT

Payment required within 8 days unless previous arrangements are made. International and US buyers are responsible for all tariffs, duties, fees, and VAT.

RETURNS

Returns accepted unless otherwise noted in listing.  If I have erred in the description, I will provide a full refund of your purchase price and S/H, in addition to paying your return postage.  If I have not erred, I will refund the purchase price.  If there is a difference between the title and the picture, and you do not inquire before buying, I will still accept a return and refund your purchase price.  If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please do not leave negative or neutral feedback or low ratings or use the case system until you have emailed me direct first. 

ABBREVIATIONS USED IN LISTINGS

MINT - stamps that have not been used and the back of the stamps may be MNH, MH, or UNUSED.

UN or MNG - a mint stamp with no gum.

VF, FVF, F - Overall condition rating based on centering, color, and paper quality. 

EF/Select - an exceptional stamp with almost perfect margins, pristine gum, and generally excellent paper and color condition.

CTO - cancelled to order

OG - Original Gum

GD - Gum sheen disturbance

M/S - Matched set (of plate blocks)

CB – blank corner block

MOGH - Mint stamp with original gum, previously hinged, with or without hinge remnant.

MVLH/MLH - a mint stamp that has a very light or light hinge marking.

SON - Socked on nose cancellation
