Condition Details.  Fair-to-poor condition with the following issues noted:  delamination or separation of the lens filter or colored layer in multiple spots involving at least 40% of the surface area (appears to be on both sides).  Basically, an unusable lens filter but the chrome metal ring is in great shape with no damage noted.  It is priced accordingly.
