I am about 5'10" plus a slight heel when this dress was worn.  It could always be altered shorter if need be.  Comes with the wrap as shown in photos. Also had lining/thin padding in the bust area so no need to wear a bra.  Super cute dress that was worn for prom once for a couple hours.  It has been cleaned, just will probably need to be steamed and will be ready to wear.
