This dress is satin underneath with the chiffon overlay.  It was a super cute, comfortable dress to wear. Worn once for a wedding, has been cleaned. I’m 5’10” and wore this with a slight heel. This dress comes with the chiffon wrap also as seen in the photos. I paid over $250 for this dress at the bridal store.
