200 years after his last case, Detective Nick Valentine sets up shop in Diamond City. He kept the coat, the hat, and the dogged determination. But the fingers holding his cigarette are now cold and metallic. Chased by his painful memories into the seedy underbelly of Boston, will he find justice? Truth? Or something else entirely?

In this piece, comic artist David Baldéon masterfully paints Nick Valentine and his city in stark contrasts of black and white. Nick, a character inspired by early 20th century film noir, is at home in this homage to the genre. He is framed at a Dutch angle which evokes a disorienting feeling of unease, as if something is terribly wrong.

The Fallout Nick Valentine Noir Lithograph is a limited production run of only 400. Each is hand-numbered and printed using a special process that enhances the drama of the scene. Anything white - such as the harsh neon lights behind Nick - bears a glossy finish. Anything black - like the long shadows cast over him - show up as a deep matte black. The resulting high contrast commands your attention and will lend a film noir atmosphere to any space you place it in.
