Features

Ceramic Abrasive with Grinding Aid:  Ceramic abrasive features harp self-sharpening. A grinding aid is incorporated in the belt to provide an aiding cutting, reduce friction, protect the material integrity. Thus this ceramic sanding belt delivers MUCH MORE CUTTING  POWER, cut faster and perform well during heavy stock removal operations than that of aluminum oxide, zirconia alumina and silicon carbide.

Advanced Cooling System: Special coat provides a better sanding and advanced cooling system, reduces running temperatures to runs cool for reliable use on heat-sensitive alloys such as stainless steel, nickel alloys and cobalt alloys.

High Strength Resin System: Double resin over resin system and extremely industrial resin adhesive works tighter with SATC distinctive ceramic grain improving cutting action and retention of grain under severe work conditions

Heavy Duty Y-Weight Polyester Backing: Wet or dry using. Supports the high performance ceramic grain resisting slipping and tearing during heavy stock removal operations, helping to deliver a consistent aggressive cutting action and extended lifespan

Strong Blue Butt Joint: Enhances the robustness of the interface, resisting dehiscing during heavy stock removal operations. By the way, we use blue butt joint which is the strongest joint, absolutely stronger than red one.
