Step:
Rub the gemstones clean before testing, as greasy and dirty materials can easily affect the test results.
Check the gemstone and take care of the probe of the thermal conductivity meter.
If it is a real gem/diamond, the light will -2 squares. When measuring, the hand should touch the back of the steel, and the other hand will hold the diamond, which will make a squeak and a full light.
If it is false, there will be no reaction
Quick Thermal Conductivity Meter:
1. Turn on the power of the thermal conductivity meter and heat the probe. It usually takes 20 seconds.
2. Touch the hot needle to the surface of the sample and determine whether the sample to be tested is diamond based on the signal from the thermal conductivity meter.
