All payments must be received immediately after the order has been placed.

SHIPPING POLICY
We use Royal Mail 1st class service, which aims to deliver the next working day, however, exceptions are always there!
EU orders shipped same day by standard international post to selected EU countries only, No tracking is available unless selected at checkout. 99% of orders are delivered within 5-7 working days. but please wait 10 working days before contacting us.
Before placing your order Please make sure your delivery address is complete and updated, We are not liable for no delivery or late delivery due to address issues.
We do not offer combined shipping, as we pay per gram weight.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We are committed to selling the best quality & genuine products at all times, but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought.
If you change your mind we are happy to accept full money back refund less any postage (for items which we offer free postage, our standard postage charges will be deducted from any refund or credit) within 30 days after receiving the item. To qualify for a refund/replacement. The item must be not used / not installed and should be in its brand new condition, item must be in its original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and the blank warranty cards. Memory cards and any other Blister Pack items are not returnable once opened.
Please contact us via eBay messaging services should you wish to return an item. Then we will contact you with a Return Transaction ID (RTI) Please do not return items until you have heard back from us with an RTI. Please note that the returned must be securely packed and posted back to us. Please also write the RTI on the top left-hand corner of the outer package. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package. You will have to bear the return postage cost.
Please note that items USED, INSTALLED, or DAMAGED DURING INSTALLATION will not be exchanged or refunded at any time!
