SHIPPING	RETURNS
We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible so regular orders are dispatched either same or next working day. Customised/personalised items are dispatched asap but please allow up to 3 days for dispatch. UK orders are sent free via Royal Mail. International orders are sent via eBay's Global Shipping Program.	If you wish to return your order you are more than welcome. Returns are accepted within 30 days for replacements or refunds, please contact us before returning. Items should be returned in their original condition. Return of non-faulty items is unfortunately at the buyers expense. For hygene purposes pierced earrings can only be returned if faulty.
